TELL THEM THE TRUTH OPRAH!

Have you ever notice how major public figures like Oprah, Bill Cosby, and Suze Orman never give you the full scoop on money? They never just tell their viewers point blank " you will never achieve the amount of success and obtain the amount of money I have working at a job and going to college". Don't get me wrong, Oprah and a lot of other TV Host offer a lot of excellent advice for their viewers but I believe they should show them the big picture that will change their overall life. From time to time I hear them give advice on how to pinch pennies and reduce bills which is great but that will only band aid the average person's financial situation. Bottom line, if you are not thinking outside the box and seeking ways to completely break free from the rat race then you are in BIG TROUBLE! Maybe Oprah, Bill Cosby and Suze Orman are too old school and have been rich so long that their tactics are outdated and they don't know what the hell they are talking about anymore. When was the last time they worked a 14 hour shift for $8/hour with their boss breathing down their necks complaining about an email you forgot to send out back in Sept 1995 AD or how you took a 32 minute lunch break instead of 30 minutes? How often are they stuck in traffic on the beltway with diarrhea, migraine, lack of sleep and a bad case of the swine flu and bird flu combined headed to a job they hate while roasting in a car with no AC during the hottest day off the summer that has broken windows that only roll down just enough to let the exhaust from the car in front of them seep in while the CEO of the company you work for is some where on a yatch in Bermuda drinking a glass of Colt 45 having sex with your favorite actress/model that you fantasize about every night while your currently arguing on your cell phone with your unattractive overweight wife (that you settled for) about how you forgot to take the trash out this morning with your kids screaming in the background? When was the last time they felt like clotheslining a co-worker for disrespecting them but couldn't because you are a corporate coward and don't want to lose all their income? Do they even know what it feels like to want to smash a coffee pot filled with piping hot Maxwell House against someone's Adam's Apple for making a racist remark or denying you for that raise or giving your promotion to some incompetent mofo who has been at the job less time then you have?

My advice would be to duplicate the actions that they take. For example, right now I have Suze Orman's book Women & Money in my hand (Had to get it from somebody so I can spell her name correctly). Suze has several books published that allow her to make residual income.Suze only had to write those books one time and it allows her to keep getting paid for something she did in the past forever! I wish her viewers would focus more on things like that for themselves as opposed to "Get rid of your cable so you can reduce your monthly expenses by $20 a month".LMAO". As far as Oprah, she has a TV show for crying out loud. She gets paid whenever they air a re-run not to mention that if she has a new product like her O magazine, she can reach millions of people just by showing it live on her show.If you had a bootleg music CD how much time would you spend walking around all the cubicles at your job trying to twist your co-workers arms in to buying it. How many people would you reach? How much cash would you make? See the difference? I actually like Bill Cosby and the messages that he is projecting. I think a lot of people reject his ideas because they want to do wrong and Bill says we need to change. They get defensive when someone speaks the truth. The only problem I have with Mr.Cosby is his message about education. He means well but I don't think that he understands how college puts you in debt and teaches you how to be a modern day slave working for other people. When he's standing at those podiums giving speaches at colleges, he needs to tell them how it's gonna take 60 years to pay back all those loans because a job ain't trying to pay someone fresh out of school sh@#! Ever been on a job interview and they tell you "I'm sorry but you don't have enough experience" after spending 5 years in school? How the hell I'm going to have work experience if I was school you idiot!

I also feel like people put to much faith in the government too. People are putting their selves in dangerous positions when they wait for the government to take action for them. I have tons of faith in Barrack Obama but I'm not going to wait around for his administration to pay my bills or any other form of government. Even if the economy was the best it's ever been in history, that's not going to automatically put money in my bank account.I have to take action to obtain my goals.I noticed how millions of people are waiting for the economy to get better so they can find employment. I don't know about you but I don't wait on nobody to put food in my mouth. That's one of the reasons I created this blog so I can enlighten people on what I know and also create passive income while doing it. I don't have to rely on the government or anybody else. With this blog I get paid with the google adsense ads displayed on my page.Whenever someone comes to my page and clicks on an ad they like, I instantly make money. With this blog I can make money in my sleep.I don't physically have to be at a job or even on line while they are clicking.Do you get paid in your sleep from your job? Hell no! I also have another blog www.makemoneyrapping.blogspot.com that allows me to make money just like this site. Currently I have 2 streams of passive income. Can you physically be at two jobs at once and make money? Bottom line, I wish I could send a blatant message to the masses about how to really make money and survive in THE INFORMATION AGE! These old school cats are still living and giving advice from THE INDUSTRIAL AGE and sadly numerous people follow this advice and wonder why they are aging while that rat race wheel is spinning faster and faster.

  1. That's true...Oprah will always have a show dedicated to finances and when you tune in all they talk about is cutting cost. Cutting cost is cool but it does not make you any money it just saves you money. F*ck cutting I want to make money!!!

  2. Robert Kiyosaki once said try to think about expanding your means instead of just living below your means. I rather spend my time figuring out a way to make residual income, or compound interest then spend hours cutting out 20 cent coupons out of the newspaper.LOL
